By accessing and using Flowcycle ("the App"), accessible at https://flowcycle.vercel.app/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Flowcycle is a productivity application that provides an adaptive focus timer, task management, and flow state analytics. The App uses algorithms to suggest work/break patterns based on user input.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: You may need to register an account using a supported authentication provider (e.g., Google) to access certain features.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
  • Interfering with the proper working of the App.
  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flowcycle and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flowcycle makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not warrant that the results of using the Service will meet your specific requirements or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Flowcycle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
